Most reps tend to get overly excited about a company’s offerings and sign up. And, they fail to think through the business aspects. And they don’t make a plan before enrolling.
Network Marketing Success, How To Select The Correct Business Opportunity for You
It takes time to build a network marketing group that makes you any real money. Today’s top producers learn to combine the traditional methodology with online marketing.
The traditional network marketing method can help you get off to a rapid start, when worked effectively. Online marketing requires some time to get good at (but will definitely be worth it), unless you are currently Internet marketing savvy.
It is all right if you aren’t currently promoting a primary company. Now is the time to begin your marketing, by creating a plan. And, if you are currently in an opportunity, here are a few suggestions that should help you enjoy further success.
If you are determined to succeed, here are my recommendations:
1. Create a list of every person you have a relationship with, e.g., business, personal, family, etc., BUT don’t think that you will have to bug or chase them, Read on…
2. Carefully consider who on your list would be most open to get involve with anything, you decide to enroll in, just because they believe in you and trust you.
3. Order your list based on my 2nd recommendation. (This is a crucial step.)
4. The way you will use this list is to tell people you are beginning a new business and ask them who they know that may want to hear about your kind of offering. This is a very simple method. Some people might want to learn more about what you are working on for their own gain. Others will give you referrals that you can make contact with using their name.
5. Think about what key people you know would most likely be interested in, would benefit most from being involved with, and might want to find out more about,
6. Consider what market you want to get involved in – National? Global? Local? Think about what that market might be highly interested in. Do your research.
7. Then, clearly define what you are most interested in. Are there any matches, their interests and yours?
8. Look for an opportunity that promotes products or services that matches your criteria.
9. Evaluate the company thoroughly. (Read a few of my blog posts on numerous opportunities to get a sense of what to evaluate.)

11. Start now to learn about online marketing and online lead generation strategies from successful Internet marketers.
12. Master ONE lead generation method (I mean, know it so good that you can author a book teaching it) and start implementing it now. Focus on building an online prospect list that you can build a relationship with, add value to, and share ideas with.

I imagine you get my point. Right now is the best time to implement your plan and building relationships. You do not have to enroll the world to be profitable.
You have to attract, not run after, the members that you genuinely want on your team. This is a talent that must be developed.
Concentrate on only recruiting 2 associates at a time, helping them get started and earning cash by helping them sponsor 2. Now, help them help their 2 new people recruit 2, and on and on…
…Until they understand it. You are training leaders to follow a successful path.
Once leaders arise that can help in training, go back to your list (written and online generated) and attract another 2 people that you want to work with. Continue to be very selective. Stay on your effective path.
Keep it simple and your team will multiply exponentially!
